To all purchases and/or procurement contracts and/or services and other work carried out in order of Gouda Refractories Nordic AB, the most recent general conditions of purchase of Gouda Refractories Nordic AB are applicable. 

Terms of purchase or supplier shall not be binding upon us even if no express statements to this effect have been made by us.
